Review all drawings and plans.
Confirm dimensions, wall locations, ceiling elevations, and any specialty features.
Select proper framing materials (e.g., Bailey™ or Armstrong™ steel studs and tracks).
Cut studs, tracks, or channels to size using appropriate tools.
Secure bottom track to the floor using anchors or screws.
Align and secure top track to ceiling structure, verifying plumb and level.
Insert vertical studs into the tracks at required spacing.
Plumb each stud and fasten to top and bottom tracks using framing screws.
Install headers and framing for doors, windows, or service openings.
Construct bulkheads, light coves, or curved framing (e.g., tray, barrel, or coffered ceilings) per design requirements.
Add bracing between studs for rigidity and support.
Leave proper clearances and install access openings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Check all framing for plumb, level, and square.
Make adjustments as needed before drywall or finishes are installed
